DECORGEL, 4 INNOVATION AWARDS NOMINEE IN PARIS

Among a large number of applications, Decorgel stood out with four products of great interest and innovation and it has been of the most nominated worldwide.

 

The Chestnut Filling with Port Wine, Indian Fig Filling, Pear Caramel Filling and Chocolate Gold Super Mousse are the latest innovations of Decorgel and bring forward these unique features to the market. With a great and traditional flavour, these products are also distinguished by their easy application to the pastry industry and fulfilling all the most high quality designs. These four products, without exception, have emerged as prominent innovations in the international market of pastry products. This result was an investment made in Research, Development and Innovation of new solutions that meet the latest trends of the international market of pastry.
