Dear customers,
Due to the current circumstances related to the COVID-19 outbreak, and considering Decorgel’s social responsibility towards its staff and society in general, we would like to inform you that we created a working group responsible for monitoring the evolution of the situation and following the WHO’s recommendations, to take appropriate measures to control virus spread and minimize its impact on the distribution chain.
We thus made several provisions, including the promotion of remote working, the suspension of visits to our clients and suppliers and their reception at Decorgel’s offices, favouring communication per telephone or conference call.
We will continue to monitor the evolution of the situation to guarantee the supply of our products in a qualitative way, as well as their food security. Although, also as a preventive measure, we advise our customers to build a minimum stock of our products, to face any event limiting or blocking our regular supply capacity.
