Decorgel announces that it has been fully acquired by Credin Portugal, a subsidiary of Orkla Foods, and will now be part of the Credin Group.
This acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter in Decorgel’s history, strengthening our capacity for growth, innovation, and international expansion, while maintaining our commitment to delivering excellence to our customers and partners.
The operation was carried out in full alignment between the parties, ensuring operational continuity and preserving the trust of employees, customers, and suppliers. This integration sets the stage for Decorgel to continue growing, serving its clients even better, and reinforcing partnerships with all stakeholders.
For Decorgel’s founder, Francisco Miranda, the transaction represents the achievement of a carefully planned step to ensure the company’s continuity:
